RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Damaged items:

If you receive your package and it is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damage. I will replace any damaged orders for up to 30 days after you placed your order (this does not apply to one off original artwork).

Damaged original paintings:
​
If you receive your painting and it is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damage. As each painting is an original I am not able to exactly re-create the damaged item. After contacting me with images, if you have decided you do not wish to keep the work of art, please return it to me via Royal Mail Signed for. Once it has been received I will let you know that it has arrived safely and a refund will be issued within two working days.

If you change your mind:

If you have changed your mind about your order and wish to return it, please contact me to let me know and I will provide a full refund upon return of the order.
This guarantee lasts for 30 days from the date you placed your order.
Please make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging where possible. I will be in touch as soon as I receive your undamaged, returned order and will issue a full refund.

I very much hope that you will love your artwork, but understand that it is hard making purchases when we cant see the artwork in the flesh! Most of all I want you to be happy with your choice of artwork.
